CASE HISTORY:

In a recent project, the client requested to mount the heater on the fascia board under a canopy. Our technical team designed an innovative solution that allowed positioning the heater at the ideal distance from the seating area, thus ensuring maximum comfort for the restaurant’s customers.

Another example of customization involved a hotel’s request for longer poles for ceiling-mounted Hotdoor heaters. The goal was to warm the seating areas without obstructing the opening of umbrellas. In this case, our technical staff developed one-meter-long poles and a special mounting system capable of withstanding the strong winds present on the terrace.

Upon request, the Phormalab staff is available to produce batches of products in custom colors, even beyond our standard catalog. Whenever this request comes from the client, the Phormalab team shares the possible solutions, costs, and lead times involved.
